Tonight is the night for foot­ball.  The top two teams in the nation — Florida (Go SEC!) and Okla­homa (meh) play tonight.  Tonight is also the night for Tim Tebow and new Mis­sis­sippi State head coach Dan Mullen to shine.

I think both teams are excep­tional, and I don’t think there is any way that the BCS actu­ally deter­mines the num­ber one team.  I think we need a play­off sys­tem for that.  But, the sys­tem is what it is, and I think whichever team wins tonight will be the num­ber one team in the nation. 

I just hope it’s Florida.  Go Gators, and Go South­east­ern Conference!
