Barack Hussein Obama, junior senator from the State of Illinois, has been elected as the 44th President of the United States with his term beginning on January 20, 2009. As a citizen of this Nation I ask: Where do we go from here?
First and foremost let me congratulate Mr. Obama on a successful campaign and his election. He will be our President in two months, whether we like it or not. With that said, let me make one thing clear: I did not vote for him, nor will I ever vote for him. This is not because he is a black man, and this is not because his middle name is “Hussein”. Frankly, I do not believe that he has the necessary experience to be the leader of our great Nation. He will have to prove to me — nay, to all Americans — that he has the wherewithal to be in this position.
