Jon Gosselin: Cheating on his Wife?
I hardly ever comment on entertainers, or those on TV. But this story grabbed my attention. Apparently, the TV star husband and father of eight was seen leaving a club at two o’clock in the morning with a “lady friend” while his wife was promoting her new book elsewhere.
Excuse me, but whaa? Jon Gosselin – leaving a bar? I though this couple were supposed to be Christians and solid in their marriage? The reason I ask that is because they have traveled the country speaking to churches, including mine. This has a tremendously detrimental effect on any kind of testimony he may have had.
He also apparently had trouble walking:
Gosselin, who has been plagued with rumors of infidelity, “could barely walk” when he left the back entrance of the club, an observer said. His wife, Kate, was promoting her new book “Eight Little Faces” in Washington at the time.
To be honest I’ve never liked their show, although I confess I’ve only seen it a few times. The times I did watch it, though, made me feel uneasy. I don’t like the fact that they’re parading their kids in front of a camera day in and day out. I won’t bother discussing Jon and Kate’s relationship, simply because I have no room to judge them (I’m in no way a perfect husband). Their relationship has been covered extensively at another location.
I just really, really hope and pray that he’s not cheating on his wife – he’d also be cheating on his children and that is just unacceptable in both cases.
The show should be canceled, regardless of the real reason he visited that bar . Obviously they need time to get themselves and their family in order, and that is one thing that should not be broadcasted on national television.
